Jessica Kirschner is the founder of Mindful Modern Living, an integrative wellness brand dedicated to helping people manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and live with greater intention. After struggling with depression and anxiety in her early twenties, Jessica began exploring mindfulness and holistic healing as a way to navigate life with more clarity and compassion. She holds a degree in Psychology, is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and a Certified Sound Therapist. Prior to launching her business, she spent over a decade in customer experience management, a background that now informs the care and intentionality she brings to her client relationships. Jessica blends evidence-based coaching with mindfulness and sound healing practices to support whole-person transformation.
