We begin with a whole-person lens, exploring how your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual layers interact. You’ll take a high-level inventory to see what’s working and where you’re just getting by.
We’ll shift from reflection into creation. This week is about tuning into what matters most, clarifying what kind of life you want to live, and exploring how to start embodying it with purpose.
This week offers simple, powerful tools for grounding, presence, and resilience. You’ll explore what mindfulness actually is and how to use it to become more aware of unhelpful patterns and build steadiness over time.
We go deeper into what it means to live from your values. You’ll learn how to set boundaries that support your energy and begin to build trust with your intuition as a grounded inner guide.
This session focuses on emotional awareness, nervous system care, and the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations. You’ll learn to pause, notice, and respond, with greater calm and emotional intelligence.
This session invites you to approach self-care not as an afterthought but as a foundational part of your lifestyle. We will explore how to integrate self-supportive habits into your lifestyle in ways that feel authentic, nourishing, and accessible.
This week expands your focus outward. You’ll reflect on how your internal work impacts your external relationships, and explore tools for communication, energetic boundaries, and patterns of connection.
We’ll bring the journey full circle. You’ll reflect on what has shifted, what’s next, and how to keep integrating this work in everyday life, with a renewed sense of confidence and support.
The Mindful Living Path™ is a program I personally designed and facilitate as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Sound Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and founder of Mindful Modern Living.
I bring together a rich background in psychology, integrative wellness, and the mind-body connection. My work is rooted in both modern science and ancient wisdom, drawing from evidence-based methods in behavioral health as well as practices that have supported human well-being for centuries. I believe deeply in the value of combining proven techniques with the intuitive, creative, and spiritual elements that make us whole.
As a facilitator, I blend structure with spaciousness. I aim to bring warmth, insight, and a grounded presence to every session, helping people tune into what matters and gently peel back the layers of conditioning and overwhelm. Rather than telling you what to do, I invite reflection, curiosity, and personal insight, creating space for you to explore your own inner landscape with honesty and purpose.
I’m also a lifelong student, continually deepening my own practices and exploring the intersection of creativity, emotional healing, and intentional living. With a background in art and photography, I love incorporating expressive and therapeutic tools throughout the program, offering space for both play and depth.
I believe that when we know ourselves more intimately, our needs, our rhythms, our values, we can move through life with greater clarity, connection, and care. This program reflects that belief: a space to slow down, connect, and create a life rooted in intention and wholeness.
The Mindful Living Path™ is an extension of my private coaching practice, thoughtfully designed to bring people together in community to do meaningful inner work. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of small group experiences to foster growth and in the deep personal shifts that occur when people feel safe, seen, and supported.
This program is designed to be intentional, immersive, and rooted in shared commitment. The application process is not about judgment, it’s a tool for reflection. It’s an invitation to stop and consider why this experience matters to you and how you’re prepared to show up.
The Mindful Living Path brings together individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. While each participant may be at a different stage in their personal growth, what unites the group is a willingness to carve out time, be present, and engage with integrity. This process helps ensure the group environment remains supportive, focused, and aligned in intention.
We don’t expect perfection, however, we do ask that each participant enters with readiness to listen, reflect, and commit to the process of showing up for themselves and others each week.
While our sessions offer the core structure and group experience, much of the personal growth happens between them. You’ll be encouraged to integrate what we explore into your daily life through reflection, mindful moments, and intentional choices. Some weeks you may feel drawn to spend a few extra hours with journaling prompts, audio practices, or embodied experiments. Other weeks, you may simply carry the themes in the back of your mind.
There are no required homework assignments. This is about supporting real-life integration, not adding pressure. You can expect to spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours weekly outside of sessions depending on your availability and curiosity.
Life happens and we understand. If you need to miss a session, a written recap will be provided with reflections and integration prompts (please note: for confidentiality, personal shares from other participants will not be included). You’re also welcome to connect with Jessica directly for a brief check-in to review any essential material.
That said, the program is designed to be experienced live. Whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to treat this time as a non-negotiable appointment with yourself.
Yes. The Mindful Living Path is an inclusive space open to all gender identities. Growth happens through connection and we believe it’s deeply valuable to do this work in community with people who bring diverse perspectives, experiences, and ways of being.
Not at all. This program is designed for individuals ranging from beginner to intermediate levels of experience.
You don’t need to know anything about mindfulness or personal growth frameworks before starting. Everything will be introduced with accessibility and clarity. If you do have previous experience, you’re welcome to bring that with you, many of the practices will support returning to a beginner’s mind in fresh ways.
This program is about exploration, not expertise. Wherever you’re starting from is welcome.
Yes. Everything you need for this experience will be provided.
Each participant will receive a printed workbook or binder, weekly handouts, reflection prompts, and supportive practices to explore outside of sessions. You don’t need to bring anything unless you prefer to use your own notebook or journal. All materials are designed to support real-life integration.
There will also be light refreshments (tea, water, snacks) provided each week. You’re welcome to bring your own dinner or snack if desired, just be mindful of any group allergies.
The studio space is designed to be calm, welcoming, and comfortable. Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, and chairs are available for participant use. You’re also welcome to bring your own props if something specific supports your comfort.
There will be opportunities for gentle movement, seated practices, and optional walking meditations (weather permitting). If accessibility is a concern, we encourage you to reach out before applying so we can ensure the space meets your needs.
Please note: The studio is located on the second floor of a historic building and requires walking up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator access at this time.
