My name is Jessica Kirschner and I’m here to support you in living your best, active life.
I was first introduced to holistic wellness practices in the summer of 2017 while participating in a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-Week course through Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts. MBSR is a secular mindfulness training to assist individuals with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. Those eight weeks had a profound influence on my body, mind, and spirit. The environment that was created was safe, warm, and inviting which made for a loving and open space for sharing, reflecting, and growing.Educator, Artist, Philanthropist
My love for people, education, movement, art, and nature is what fuels my life with focus and passion. I enjoy sharing my life experiences through education and a yogic lifestyle, while instilling a sense of curiosity about the world within those in my community.
As an accomplished customer service professional, the work that I have been the most proud of is that that supports the development of community through education, sharing experiences, and interactive conversation. I believe that social change begins on the local level. In order to affect the larger community, we must first develop ourselves into individuals who are committed to understanding others, so that we can be of greater service. I believe living a curious, active, healthy, and compassionate lifestyle has an extraordinary benefit on this development.
