Jessica Kirschner

I’m Jessica Kirschner, the founder of Mindful Modern Living, and I’m passionate about supporting others on their wellness journey. My path to coaching was shaped by my own personal struggles with stress, anxiety, and burnout. I hold a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, where I first began exploring human behavior and mental health. I then completed my 300-hour yoga teacher training at World Peace Yoga in Cincinnati, Ohio. I later went on to pursue certification in Sound Healing under Charlie Christie (Thyme with Charlie) in the United Kingdom, a transformative experience that has been pivotal to my approach. In addition, I completed my certification as a Master Health and Wellness Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute (American Council on Exercise (ACE)), where I gained in-depth knowledge in behavioral health and lifestyle coaching. These experiences have shaped my holistic, integrative approach to wellness, allowing me to combine science-backed techniques with mindfulness practices to guide others on their path to well-being.
