Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for an intimate and rejuvenating combination class led by Certified Sound Therapist and Yoga Teacher Jessica Kirschner. This unique class will begin with a 50-minute gentle flow yoga session, followed by a 60-minute sound bath meditation.

The yoga class is suitable for students of all levels, from beginners to those with more experience. Jessica will offer modifications for each posture to ensure that everyone is able to participate and receive the maximum benefit from the practice. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

After the yoga session, we will transition into a blissful sound bath meditation. You will be immersed in a soundscape of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere. This meditative experience will help to release tension and promote relaxation, leaving you feeling centered and at ease.

The class will take place in a small, intimate setting to allow for personalized attention and guidance from Jessica. This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with other like-minded individuals in a supportive and nurturing environment. Beginners welcomed. No experience necessary.

Jessica Kirschner is a Holistic Transformational Life Coach, Sound Healer, Yoga Instructor, mental health advocate, serial entrepreneur, and artist. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
