What is Sound Therapy?
Sound healing, also known as sound therapy, is an ancient practice that uses sound and vibration to heal the body and mind.
It is a form of vibrational medicine that uses sound waves to create a meditative and healing environment. The principle behind sound therapy is that everything in the universe is in a state of vibration, including the human body. Every organ and cell in the body has a frequency, and when the body is out of tune, it can lead to disease, illness, and emotional imbalances. By using sound waves and vibrations, sound therapy aims to restore balance and promote well-being in the body.
Sound therapy uses various tools and techniques such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes to produce soothing and calming sounds that can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall wellness.
