The Shape of Your Stress

You may already recognize the stress in your life, but not know where to begin or how to work with it in a way that feels meaningful and clear.
In this workshop, you’ll use a whole-person framework to look more closely at the patterns, habits, beliefs, and behaviors influencing your experience with stress. Through guided reflection and practice, you’ll begin to peel back the layers, starting to see how different areas of your life are interacting, where stress is being retained, and how it continues to build over time.
Rather than looking at stress as one isolated experience, you’ll begin to map how it moves through your life so you can recognize what’s actually driving it and where your health, energy, and daily choices may be asking for something different.
In this workshop, you’ll:
- Start to recognize where stress is accumulating across different areas of your life
- See how your responsibilities, expectations, and daily routines may be sustaining it
- Reflect on how your current way of living is impacting your health, energy, and capacity
- Leave with a clearer sense of where your attention is needed and what feels ready to change
This is an opportunity to slow down, take a more honest look at your life as it is right now, and begin understanding what your stress may be asking of you.
