Salon Conversation: The Four Burners Theory

Join us for an in-person Salon Conversation as we explore the Four Burners Theory, a thought-provoking concept that examines the way we balance key aspects of life: family, friends, work, and health. The idea, popularized by James Clear and Steve Chu, suggests that in order to succeed in one area, we may need to adjust or “turn down” another burner. But what does balance really look like?

Questions to ponder before our discussion: Which of your burners burns the brightest right now? Can we truly “have it all” or do we have to make sacrifices? How do we adjust our priorities based on different seasons of life?

Hosted by Integrative Wellness Coach, Jessica Kirschner, this session will be a reflective and open discussion about how we each navigate these priorities, the challenges of maintaining balance, and what success looks like on our own terms.
