Sound Bath Meditation: TriHealth Integrative Health & Medicine

Join me, Jessica Kirschner, for two deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation sessions offered through TriHealth’s Integrative Health & Medicine department at the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion in Blue Ash. Open to the entire community, these sessions provide a unique opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate through the therapeutic power of sound.
Class Details:
- Tuesday, October 22nd | 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- Tuesday, December 10th | 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- Fee: $35.00 per session
During each 60-minute session, you’ll be guided through a relaxing journey of sound using Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, designed to help reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to alleviate tension, improve sleep, or simply find some peace and tranquility, these sessions offer a space for you to reconnect with yourself and find inner balance.
What to Bring: Please bring your own cushioned yoga mat(s), blanket, bolster, and pillow to ensure your comfort during the meditation. Feel free to bring any other props that will help you fully relax and enjoy the experience. No props will be provided.
