Move Your Body: 20 Minutes [or less] Balance Asana
This past year, the importance of gently stretching my body first thing in the morning has really come into focus. Warming up my spine, hips, and chest within minutes of waking up can really make or break my day. ❦
In this video, I share with you some of my favorite stretches I do to get my body moving first thing in the morning. Some I even do while I’m still in bed!
☤ Some days I move through this series of simple poses all within 8 minutes or less, other days I take my time moving from pose to pose. It’s up to you! Listen to your body and do what feels right for you, first thing in the morning!
If you happen to give these poses a go, let me know how you feel! Do you have any other go-to poses? If so, I’d love to hear them! ↡
