A Calmer Mindful Holiday Season Awaits
As we step into November, I can feel a gentle shift in the air—a sense of transition and grounding that invites us to slow down and reflect. This time of year always stirs something meaningful in me, reminding me of the importance of connection, simplicity, and presence amidst the busyness of the season.
And as we begin the journey toward the holidays, I’m excited to share a special offering to bring a bit more peace and mindfulness into our lives.
The holiday season often brings a mix of emotions— joy, excitement but also stress and sometimes even overwhelm. Each year, I hear from friends, family, and clients who tell me they’re just “trying to make it through the holidays” caught up in the whirlwind of events, commitments, gift-giving, and the hustle that tends to overtake this season.
I know these feelings all too well, as I’ve often found myself in the same space. Over the years, I’ve realized that while the holidays are meant to be a time of connection, compassion, and joy, they can also pull us away from those very things if we’re not mindful. This realization inspired me to create something special for us all— a program that can help bring us back to the heart of the season, allowing us to cultivate peace, presence, and genuine connection.
I am so excited to introduce my Mindful Holidays 7-Day Challenge for Less Stress, a free program I’ve poured my heart into, designed specifically to support you in managing your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health leading up to and throughout the holidays.
What the Challenge Is All About
Starting on November 17th, I’ll guide you through a daily mindfulness practice that takes just 10 minutes. Together, we’ll explore simple, grounding practices that allow us to pause, breathe, and connect with ourselves. My hope is to help you transform the holiday experience into one that feels intentional, nourishing, and aligned with the true spirit of the season.
Over the course of this free 7-day journey, you’ll experience:
- Pre-Holiday Stress Management Tools and Mini Coaching Videos: Practical tips for handling holiday stress, from breathing exercises to sleep hygiene, to ensure you’re approaching this time of year feeling supported and balanced.
- Daily Guided Practices: Each day includes a 10-minute practice, like a body scan meditation, gentle yoga movements, or a sound bath, to help you feel grounded and centered.
- Access to an Exclusive Community: A supportive space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on the same journey. I will also be hosting three live Zoom Q&A sessions during the challenge to support you in real-time.
Why I Created This Offering
I know how easy it is to get caught up in the “holiday hustle,” feeling pressured to over-plan, over-commit, and overextend ourselves. But I truly believe there’s a different way to move through this season— one that’s focused on being present, finding joy in small moments, and creating memories that fill us up rather than drain us.
This offering isn’t about perfection or doing things “the right way”; it’s about carving out a little space each day to meet yourself where you are, with compassion and ease. It’s a chance to reconnect with what truly matters and to set an intentional foundation for the season ahead.
Whether you’ve been practicing mindfulness for years or are brand new to it, this program is designed to be accessible for everyone. Each practice is simple, gentle, and meant to bring a sense of calm and clarity to your holiday experience.
