A vision board provides a space to identify, define, and clarify what you really want in your life.
What is a vision board? A vision board, sometimes referred to as a dream board, can be a collage of clippings, pictures, fabric, memos, quotes, affirmations, notes, etc. as a way of visualizing your dreams and desires, designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation. It may spark, remind, or lead you to your values, goals, dreams, and/or purpose. It could also be filled with things that fill you with compassion, love, and joy. There are no rules or requirements. No right or wrong in what your vision board may look like.
Creating a vision board has the power of bring awareness to your psychological and physiology experiences and feelings, ultimately leading and empowering you to create change within yourself and surroundings.
