Increase productivity and focus your mind during this early morning 60-minute full breath, full body class. All levels welcome!

Whether you’re interested in relaxation and meditation, or looking for ways to increase your strength and flexibility, this 60-minute breath centered practice will help prepare you for the day ahead.

This class is accessible to all levels; beginner students to the seasoned practitioner.

Class will meet at Prevail Strength x Movement in Cincinnati, Ohio. Free parking is available.
