This class is accessible to all levels; there’s a modification for everything, so beginners are welcome!
Whatever your level of experience, body shape, and life stage you’re at, you’re welcome to participate. Class is guided by Yoga Instructor, Jessica Kirschner of Mindful Modern Living.
