This session is the perfect way to wrap up your weekend and create space for peace, clairty, and grounding as you step into the week ahead. Certified Sound Therapist, Jessica Kirschner, will guide you through an intimate 60-minute healing meditation using a variety of Tibetan singing bowls and various instruments.
Based on ancient healing techniques, Sound Therapy uses a range of vibrations and sounds that penetrate the body on a cellular level to relax and harmonize the mind, body, and soul. In addition to relief from chronic pain and headaches, benefits of a sound bath may include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, relief from digestive disorders, and promote emotional healing.
The sounds and vibrations gently dissolve energy blockages and foster an sense of calmness and relaxation.
Wear warm and loose fitting clothing you’re comfortable lying down in. Please bring a pillow for your head and a water bottle. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed.
Class will meet at The Rookwood Pottery Building in Mt. Adams, Cincinnati. Studio is on the 2nd floor. Elevator not available. Free parking lot.
We are excited to co-create this space with you. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in. To maintain the integrity of the class, we close the doors promptly at the starting time.
