Join this 60-minute yin yoga class to stretch, lengthen, and restore your body’s deep connective tissues. All levels of experience welcomed.
Yin Yoga is a gentle and revitalizing practice. It targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments, tendons, joints, and bones. Over time, practice of yin yoga can lengthen our deep fascial networks within the body, increasing range of motion. Yin poses are passive and are held for an extended period of time (usually 3-5 minutes).
Whatever your level of experience, body shape, and life stage you’re at, you’re welcome to participate. Class is guided by Yoga Instructor, Jessica Kirschner.
