After struggling with depression and anxiety in her early twenties, Jessica began exploring mindfulness and holistic healing as a way to navigate life with more clarity and compassion. She holds a degree in Psychology, is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and a Certified Sound Therapist. Prior to launching her business, she spent over a decade in customer experience management, a background that now informs the care and intentionality she brings to her client relationships. Jessica blends evidence-based coaching with mindfulness and sound healing practices to support whole-person transformation.
